• All above prices do not include gratuity for captain and mates

*During a Tuna Trip if a fish 73 inches or greater is landed all selling rights go to the captain and boat due to licensing. However if a marketable fish is landed your trip is free or you can book another trip at no cost.*

**The Captain reserves the rights to cancel or shorten any trips due to dangerous weather conditions or unruly behavior at his discretion. **
